Situated in the heights of Punaauia, our spacious, tastefully decorated house will offer you the highest standard of service, with Brice, our concierge, on hand throughout your stay to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation.

The Villa has a main entrance giving access to 2 levels: a sleeping area on level +1 and the master bedroom and living area on the first floor.

The upstairs sleeping area comprises a master suite (160×200 bed, hotel-quality bedding, air-conditioning) with private bathroom, a bedroom (160×200 bed, hotel-quality bedding, air-conditioning) and a 3rd bedroom (2 single 90×200 beds, hotel-quality bedding, air-conditioning), all with ocean and mountain views.

And a 2nd bathroom.

On the first floor is the master bedroom (1 bed 180×200, hotel-quality bedding, air-conditioning) with private bathroom and large dressing room with direct access to the various living areas:

✧ A large terrace (lounge, table) ✧ A TV area with comfortable sofa (Smart TV + Netflix)

✧ A fully equipped indoor kitchen with adjoining pantry/laundry room.

He will also be able to offer a host of additional services: booking and organizing transfers, advice, booking and organizing excursions, restaurants, massages at home, visits to make your stay as pleasant as possible preparing dinners at home with a chef, breakfasts.

Rental price includes:
