ARPAP – The Alliance for the Respect and Protection of Animals in French Polynesia works to defend animal rights in French Polynesia and strengthen local structures dedicated to their protection.

It unites a collective of 10 active associations across the territory, offering technical, logistical, and financial support. ARPAP also carries out public awareness campaigns and advocates for animal welfare with institutions. It promotes cooperation among its members to share resources and best practices. Lastly, it ensures that animal welfare laws are respected.
